Yoga Studio Customer Representative 瑜珈中心前台/客戶服務員

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you’ll perform the duties stated below:

• Greet guests, answer incoming calls and customers’ queries in a professional manner
• Handle customer complaints
• Conduct regular facility checks
• Proactively approach new customers and recommend the right package for them
• Reply to customer enquiries via multi-channels e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook etc.
• Arrange class schedules and handle instructors’ absence applications
• Handle instructors hiring e.g. phone interviews, trial class etc.
• Handle daily administration work e.g. daily reporting
• Manage our sub brand selling yoga apparels
• Initiate and run marketing campaigns

Requirements

•  Motivated towards career growth and learning
•  Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
•  Ability to interact effectively throughout the company
•  Strong leadership skills and sense of responsibility
• Proficient in Chinese typing and familiar with social media applications
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Work hours:

• Shift duty is required
• 8 days off per month
• Work 9 hours per day (usually 12:00-22:00), with 1 hour meal break
• Rotate between different shop locations is required

薪酬:

有相關經驗及學歷優先考慮,底薪最高可達$20k,另加每月達標獎金及勤工獎,薪金可達$22k以上。
