What we expect from you
Assist the Store Manager to monitor the daily operation and achieve the sales target
Maintain in-store stock and inventory in an optimal level
Coordinate with the visual merchandising team on floor display
Responsible for staffing management and perform coaching functions
Handle in-store customer complaints and service suggestions
Provide excellent customer service

With 2 years of working experience in retail
Proven track record in supervising store operations and inventory management
Strong people mindset to handle staffing issues
Team player, multi-tasks and with good communication in all levels
