The challenges that they are currently facing are:

  • Confronting team members but afraid of jeopardizing their relationships

  • Experiencing discipline issues with subordinates

  • Communicating the right ways with new generations

  • Addressing different life value of younger generation

Searching for the appropriate motivational factors for new generation

The “HEA! Management Style” is designed for the characteristics of modern managers to manage the new generation workforce. It emphasizes on “Working smart not working hard!”, “Do less for more” and the “80/20” philosophy (不做多餘嘢!). All it does is to help new managers to stay focus on the key issues and deliver the results in this challenging time

We believe that the best way to learn is by doing therefore this course is designed as an experiential training workshop. It is more than just being fun, entertaining and easily applicable to on the job responsibility. Participants will learn the theory by actual experience it through games and exercises. The whole process will make sure participants are fully involved, engaged and get the best out of the workshop. The course will take approximately 6 hours. Specific fun games and business relevant exercises will be designed to process all the learning topics. There will be debriefing after each exercise to elaborate and reinforce the application of theories into real business environment. The training approach of this course is illustrated.

The benefits of PDCA system and tools are as follows:

  • It enables modern managers to establish standards of performance, and Customer Service requirements for the purposes of planning and scheduling.

  • It enables modern managers to organise plan and assign the work within the agreed needs of the business.

  • It enables modern managers to follow-up on work assignments to ensure that work is completed on time to service standards, and conforms to all business requirements.

  • It enables modern managers to monitor progress (evaluating progress on a short interval basis allows managers to compare where performance is to where it should be).
