Why don’t you start by telling me about yourself?

我在這個產業已有五年的經驗。
目前我擔任公司幾個大客戶的會計專員。

I’ve got five years of experience in the industry.
I’m currently an Account Executive for several major clients in my company.

Good. What would you say is your greatest strength?

我很容易適應工作上的各種變化。過去我的經理修產假時，公司指派我代理她的職責，我非常享受這項挑戰。

我知道如何最佳的運用團隊中的每一位成員。這也給了我一個很好的機會：為公司年度考核機制提出建議並執行改善方案。

現在，我們使用360度互評考核機制，團隊成員都認為考核更客觀了。

I handle change well. I was asked to be the team’s leader when my line manager was on maternity leave. I really enjoyed the challenge of this additional responsibility.

I was able to discover how to get the best from the individual members of the team. It also gave me the opportunity to propose and implement changes in the annual appraisal policies for the group.

Now we use the process of 360 degree feedback in our appraisal system and the team members feel this makes the process much more objective.

那你認為自己最大的弱勢是什麼呢？

And what would you say is your greatest weakness?

我過去不善於安排規劃。不過，經過不斷努力改善。現在，我知道工作的優先排序，並懂得事先規劃。

I’ve had trouble planning in the past, but I’ve put a lot of effort to work on this. I now prioritized all my tasks and plan everything ahead.

你的同事對你的工作表現有怎樣的評價呢？

What would your co-workers say about you?

一個同事說，我是他見過最努力工作的人。另一個同事說過，我總是有很好的建議及點子。

One of my team mates once mentioned that I was the most hardworking person he knows. My other colleagues have also told me that I’m an excellent source of feedback and ideas.

你認為什麼能激勵你呢？

What would you say motivates you?

我是一個自動自發的人，從事任何工作都能全力以赴。當然，我也希望有時能得到上司的認同！

I’ve always been a conscientious person and I strive to do the very best no matter what position I’m in. Of course, I’d appreciate some recognition from my superiors from time to time!
