Since joining HAESL in 2017, Vickie has revolutionized how we work through innovative RFID implementation, cutting module fitting time in half and boosting inventory accuracy to 90%. Her pioneering work with autonomous mobile robots and Industry 4.0 technologies demonstrates what happens when talented people have space to innovate - they transform entire processes while shaping the industry's future.

With over a decade at HAESL, Cavin has been the backbone of our technological transformation, supporting expansion from hundreds to over a thousand employees while keeping operations seamlessly connected. His expertise shines during critical upgrades, including his recent leadership of the company-wide Windows 11 transition through meticulous planning and comprehensive training.
