Cherry, Global Flagship Store Manager

Cherry, a UMC who joined UNIQLO in 2013, quickly rose to become a store manager within a year and a half. During the pandemic, she led the successful launch of UNIQLO's first large-scale store in Macau, prioritizing streamlined processes and customer satisfaction. Cherry's profound impact on colleagues, driven by her unwavering belief in the power of mindset, has accelerated their career growth. Her motto: Overcome challenges, take the crucial first step, and foster a mindset of growth and success.

Zenrick, Area Manager

Zenrick started his journey at UNIQLO as an intern in 2013. Despite initial challenges, Zenrick’s unwavering determination and passion for retail kept him motivated. He steadily climbed the ranks, becoming a store manager and eventually an area manager. He finds it most rewarding witnessing his team's growth, believing a positive, proactive mindset is key to overcoming obstacles.
