THE HONG KONG FUTURE LEADER AWARDS 2022 aims to provide a unique opportunity for undergraduates and fresh graduates to join an exciting learning experience. It is a valuable chance to explore your potential and sharpen your talents to become one of the future leaders. By joining the challenge, you have the opportunity to win scholarship, connect with industry experts, and even joining the leading cooperation as your career kickstart.

The Challenge

In your application, you are required to submit an idea on " The Future Workplace under New Digital Norm " in form of text, picture or video. Quality ideas will proceed to Public Voting, top rated ideas will be able to earn additional score in your challenge profile.

On the Leadership Day (tentatively in late Sept), workshops and challenges will be carried out, assessment including group discussion and presentation will be held to examine participants' leadership skill and potential of becoming the future leader.

Finalists will have a chance to meet with our Market Leader Partners to complete for Experience Day with the real market leaders.

Eligibility

This program is open to undergraduates or fresh graduates with less than 2 years of working experience.

We are looking for talents with passion to take up challenges and learn from industry leaders.

You can participate individually or form a group of 3-4 members. For individual participants, you will be formed in an assigned group on Leadership Day.

16 - 23 Sept

Public Voting

All submissions will be first reviewed based on eligibility; quality submissions will be selected for public voting. Extra points will be added to the top 10 teams or individual candidates.

23rd Sept 2022 (Friday)

Leadership Day (1 day)Top 100 applicants will be invited to join the Leadership Day (HKSTP Inno Centre – Kowloon Tong), to compete for final winners.

Selected winners will have the chance to work with the Market Leader and gain valuable work experience and a great sense of achievement.
Certificate of Completion

All participates who has fully completed the Leadership Day will receive a Certificate of Completion.
