培訓部主管蔡業國(Alex)於進邦滙理工作12年，日常職務主要負責為新人及在職同事提供不同類型的培訓安排。同事們面對公司不同產品選擇，也經常向Alex諮詢意見。Alex謂：「同事最關心的是怎樣為客戶設計最好的方案、選擇什麼計劃最能貼合客戶需要。12年來我親身目睹由上而下身體力行以客戶利益為大前提的工作態度，表裡一致，致力實踐「一群為人們謀快樂和福利的人」的服務承諾。」
Alex補充說：「間中我也會代表公司出席一些業界活動，例如講座、會議或研討會，在這些場合中經常會有來自不同機構的行家主動與我打招呼。與他們攀談的過程中普遍發現他們對老闆甚至部分同事也很熟悉，而且對公司也有很正面和專業的評價，不期然令我這位「後輩」倍感光榮。」
身為高級業務拓展經理(理財策劃)的范嘉燕(Anita)，亦慶幸與公司同行廿載，她認為進邦滙理提供的產品平台十分全面，能夠幫助她為客戶實行不同的財務策劃。「沒有計劃是絕對的，而在這裡我可以容易地找到一個適合的計劃，滿足客戶需要。」她稱。
同時，Anita喜歡這裡的工作環境，早已把公司視作另一個家，在這裡找到歸屬感，亦會與這裡的「家人」彼此分享，她說：「有時我們走在一起認真討論個案，不論哪個團隊的同事，都會無私地盡力解答，不分你我，一呼百應，互補不足。」而後勤同事的支援亦是不可或缺，尤其是近年面對法規上的很多轉變，多得他們的提點和幫助，令她可以更專注做好前線工作。
