聘用畢業生或年輕人,不少HR都認為有風險,不論是傳媒渲染還是僱主的親身經歷,「無承擔、不負責任、怕辛苦」都成為80、90,甚至00後的代名詞,年輕員工與資深員工溝通問題亦最令僱主們頭痛。恒生管理學院企管發展中心(下稱恒管──企管)近日就舉辦「HR X 學生-職場跨世代交流會」,邀請各界HR代表及恒管的學生,分享對職場跨世代的真知灼見。

將跨世代放在職場的層面,具有特別的意義。恒生管理學院校長何順文教授於致歡迎辭時表示,在數碼化進程下,所謂的90後及00後已被歸納為「i-generation」,「他們擁有屬於他們自己的共同語言,有獨特的見解及分析,追求社會公義、普世價值、物質主義等,因此管理層需要在溝通及關懷各方面取得平衡,提升效能、滿足感、彼此和諧,同時有責任協助及提升年輕員工的能力,引導他們發掘工作意義,這對企業發展、員工的個人成長都有幫助。」 更多 »
