Guest Engagement Manager / Duty Manager (5 day-work week) $30-31k

Job duties:

Oversees and directs all front-line guest services. Assists and coordinates with hotel operating departments to ensure a smooth hotel operation at all hours. Handles all emergency situations that occurred at the Hotel. Maintains comfort and harmonic environment for all guests in the hotel at all times. Relieves Night Manager duty on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

  • Hotel management education up to Higher Diploma or above. 
  • 6 years of hotel operations experience, preferably in the Front Desk or Guest Services area
  • International chain experience preferably.
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese, and preferably Putonghua
  • Strong analytical skills and work independently under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
