Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator

Noah's Ark Hotel and Resort Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Schools, NGOs or Churches’ enquiries and bookings
  • Communicate & follow-up logistics/operation with Noah’s Ark operators to ensure smooth events 
  • Assist in implementation of sales/activity strategies and meet budget 
  • Assist in preparing sales report, promotion materials and production of sales or program materials
  • Coordinate and assist sales office administration work
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality / tourism management / sales and marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year experience in sales or event marketing in tourism industry preferably
  • Attentive to details, energetic, sales-oriented, self-initiative and organized
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer literacy
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Need to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion

Fresh graduate is welcome
